Introductions to Some Problems of Metaphysics

“Metaphysics” covers one of the major areas of philosophy–the investigation of what there is and how it works.  Below is a collection of links that introduce a few of the major issues that will be covered in the course.  These are presenting the problems from a thoroughly modern and Western perspective.
